It's hard to pick just one. There are so many great books. Some that stand out to me are Genesis (there's just so much to it!), Isaiah (I believe this is the deepest book and speaks to the widest range of people), Psalms, John, Romans, Revelation.
I'm probably most torn between the book of Romans and Revelation. I love them both and I believe I've read these two books more than any other. I love Romans because Paul just flat out tells it like it is. He answers a lot of the hard questions.
Revelation I love simply because it is the book about End Times...a study in which I find myself giving the most attention to.
That's tough. I guess if I had to choose.....I would choose.........hmmmm...........I guess I would choose Revelation. It's a fantastic book and worthy of study, especially considering the times we are living in.
So what's your favorite book of the Bible? And why?

For me it must be Psalms because I keep reading it over and over again.

Yeah, Psalms is a good one. It's full of so much worship and praise. No wonder David was a man after God's own heart, or however it goes.
He always gave thanks and praise to the Lord. Something we could all learn from!!

It's a fascinating book to read, and it's all about prophesy and the end times. The book parallels Revelation in several ways, especially the latter half. The early part of the book includes classic stories like the story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego being tossed in the fire and the story of Daniel in the lion's den. These stories reflect God's saving grace.
The book goes on to discuss Nebuchadnezzar's dreams and how prophetic they are. Then you read about the only named angels in the Bible, and so much more. From start to finish the book is a great read, and every denomination has their own take on exactly what it all means. Simply put, I love it.
